Mgh5 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

Mgh5 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If you are unable to prove that you meet the eligibility requirements above, mgh5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and withhold any associated funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mgh5 account only. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• A Malaysian-registered mobile number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mgh5 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Mgh5 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statements.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Bonuses & Promotions

Mgh5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM500, weekly cashback, daily reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and wagering limits.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first meeting the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Mgh5 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit promotions.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x depending on the bonus type. Full conditions for each promotion are stated on the respective promotions page.
• Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. If you choose to withdraw before the requirements are fulfilled, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

6Game Rules

• Providing false information or assuming a false identity during registration
• Using automation software, bots, or any non-human tools to play
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation
• Any form of money laundering or illicit financial activity
• Selling, transferring or purchasing an mgh5 account
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system ("bonus abuse")

Mgh5 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in investigations into illegal activity. Any funds suspected to be derived from illegal activity will be frozen until the investigation concludes, and mgh5 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such freezing action.

8Account Termination

You may request the closure of your mgh5 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via email at support@mgh5.best or through live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Before your account is closed, please ensure that:

• No active unresolved bets
• All active bonus conditions have been completed, or you agree to forfeit them
• Your account balance has been fully withdrawn to your bank account or e-wallet

Mgh5 also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account at its sole discretion, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents

9Limitation of Liability

The mgh5 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the Platform operates smoothly at all times, mgh5 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Mgh5's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit into the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
